Welcome to The Seaplane Club

The main benefit of Club membership is the opportunity to enjoy a free, hour-long flight in a seaplane around the Solent and join the exclusive group of people to have experienced landing and taking off from water!


The Club is open to non-flyers as well as pilots. People such as Photographers, Council Officials and Yachtsmen (even a Harbour-master!) have found such a flight useful as well as pleasurable.


You don’t need a professional interest to join, just a desire to get airborne and water-borne or, maybe, have a yen to relive the halcyon days of the 1930’s, when seaplanes and flying boats were everywhere.
